Who May Use fa999
To be eligible to register and maintain an active account with fa999, you must meet all of the following conditions at all times:
- You are at least 21 years of age. This minimum age requirement is strictly enforced. fa999 reserves the right to request identity documentation at any time to verify your age, and to suspend or close any account where the age requirement cannot be confirmed.
- You are acting on your own behalf as an individual and are not depositing, betting, or withdrawing funds on behalf of any third party or business entity.
- You are not a resident of or located in any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited or where fa999's services are otherwise restricted. It is your responsibility to understand the laws applicable to you in your jurisdiction before using the platform.
- You are not a current employee, director, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee or contractor of fa999 or any of its affiliated game and software providers.
fa999 may request identity verification documents (including but not limited to a national identity card, passport, or driver's licence) at any stage of the registration process or during the lifetime of your account. Failure to provide satisfactory verification within a reasonable time period may result in account suspension or closure. This process exists to protect players and to maintain the integrity of the platform.
3. Account Registration and Security
One Account Per Player
Each player may hold only one account with fa999. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different mobile numbers, different names, or any other method — is strictly prohibited. fa999 uses technical and manual processes to detect multiple accounts, and any duplicate accounts identified will be closed. Any funds held in duplicate accounts may be confiscated, and bonuses obtained through multiple accounts will be voided without recourse.
Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials — your registered mobile number and password. You must not share your login details with any other person under any circumstances. fa999 will never ask for your password via customer support, email, or any other channel. Any activity that occurs under your account credentials is your responsibility. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify fa999 immediately so that your account can be secured.
Accurate Information
You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering your fa999 account and must update that information promptly if it changes. The mobile number you register must be one that you personally own and control, as it is used for account verification, OTP delivery for password recovery, and withdrawal processing. Providing false or misleading registration information is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of balances.
fa999 reserves the right to close any account and forfeit associated balances if, at any point, registration information is found to be false, inaccurate, or misleading. This includes misrepresentation of age, identity, or location. Players are responsible for ensuring that all information held on their account remains accurate throughout the lifetime of the account.
4. Deposits and Withdrawals
fa999 supports deposits and withdrawals exclusively through Bangladesh's leading mobile financial services and select local bank transfer options. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). fa999 does not accept international credit cards, cryptocurrency, or other non-local payment methods. All deposited funds must be used for gaming activity on the fa999 platform; they cannot be transferred to other users or held as a general-purpose account balance without gameplay.
Deposit Rules
- The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. Deposits are credited to your fa999 account instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. fa999 does not charge any fees for standard deposits. You are responsible for any fees that your mobile money provider (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) may apply on their end.
- All deposits must originate from an account or wallet registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party mobile numbers or bank accounts — including those of family members — are not permitted and will result in the deposit being returned and a review of the account.
- fa999 may impose transaction limits (minimum and maximum) per deposit, per day, or per calendar month. These limits may vary by payment method and may be subject to change. Current limits are displayed in the Cashier section of your account.
Withdrawal Rules
- Withdrawal requests are processed to the same mobile money account or bank account used for the player's most recent deposit. fa999 does not send withdrawals to accounts other than those used for deposits, as this is part of our anti-money-laundering controls.
- Standard withdrawal requests are processed within the same business day for requests submitted before 18:00 Bangladesh Standard Time (UTC+6). Requests submitted after 18:00 BST will be processed on the following business day. fa999 aims to deliver funds to the player's mobile wallet within a few hours of processing approval, subject to the payment provider's processing times.
- fa999 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests above certain thresholds, or where unusual account activity has been detected. In these cases, we may request supporting documentation, and the processing time may be extended accordingly. This process is in place to protect players' funds and the integrity of the platform.
5. Bonuses and Promotions
fa999 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to these Terms and to any specific terms communicated at the time the bonus is offered. Bonus terms are published clearly on the relevant promotion page. Players are responsible for reading and understanding the terms of any bonus before claiming it.
Bonuses are credited to a separate bonus balance within your fa999 account and are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. The standard wagering requirement for fa999 bonuses is stated clearly on each promotion page and typically ranges between 20x and 40x the bonus amount. Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period stated on the promotion. Any bonus balance remaining at the end of the validity period will be removed automatically.
General Bonus Rules
- Only one bonus may be active in your account at any time. If you claim a new bonus while a previous bonus is still active, the previous bonus and any associated wagering progress will be forfeited.
- Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until wagering requirements are fully met. They cannot be transferred between accounts or exchanged for any alternative form of value.
- fa999 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion or bonus offer at any time and without prior notice. This includes the right to amend wagering requirements, maximum bonus amounts, validity periods, and eligible games.
- Any player found to be abusing the bonus system — including through the creation of multiple accounts, collusion with other players, or exploitation of technical errors — will have their account closed, all bonuses voided, and any winnings derived from bonus abuse forfeited.
6. Gameplay and Fair Play
All games available on fa999 are provided by internationally certified game studios and use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to determine outcomes. fa999 does not influence or manipulate game outcomes in any way. Each game outcome is entirely independent of previous outcomes and is determined solely by the certified RNG at the moment of play.
The Return to Player (RTP) percentages for fa999's slot games are determined by the game providers and are published transparently. fa999 makes no guarantee of any specific outcome, profit, or return on any individual wager. All gambling involves risk. Decisions made by game servers and sportsbook settlement systems are final and may not be overturned except in the event of a demonstrable technical error documented by fa999's technical team.
Prohibited Conduct
- Use of automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any other automated or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the fa999 platform is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all funds.
- Collusion between players — including sharing information about hands in live casino games, coordinating bets in sports betting markets, or any other form of cooperative behaviour designed to gain an unfair advantage — is prohibited.
- Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical errors in any game or platform feature to gain an advantage is prohibited. Any winnings derived from exploiting a known or suspected error must be reported to fa999 support immediately and will not be honoured.
- Any form of money laundering, fraud, or use of the platform for any illegal purpose is strictly prohibited and will be reported to the relevant authorities. fa999 cooperates fully with law enforcement agencies and financial intelligence units when required.
7. Responsible Gaming

- Deposit limits: You may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your account. Once a limit is set, it takes effect immediately and cannot be increased for a minimum cooling-off period of 24 hours. Decreases take effect immediately.

- Self-exclusion: You may request permanent self-exclusion from fa999 at any time by contacting customer support. Self-exclusion is irreversible and means your account will be permanently closed. Any pending withdrawals will be processed to your registered mobile wallet.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on the fa999 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, game interfaces, software, audio files, and the overall look and feel of the site — is the property of fa999 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the fa999 platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the fa999 platform without prior written permission from fa999. 9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, fa999 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the fa999 platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruptions, or the cost of substitute services. fa999's total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or from your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount you have deposited into your fa999 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
fa999 makes no warranty that the platform will be available at all times, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. fa999 will use reasonable efforts to maintain platform availability and to resolve technical issues promptly, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance where possible.
10. Changes to These Terms
fa999 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time.
